Ken Keegan is the Executive Vice President at Jonal Laboratories.  Jonal is a family owned third generation elastomeric seal designer and manufacturer in Connecticut, 2 hours from New York City.  Ken has held this position since 2010 and has helped to grow the business 4 times in size since he joined Jonal.          

Ken has over 40 years of dynamic leadership experience with a proven track record building and leading highly successful business teams in U.S. and foreign military, aerospace, industrial and commercial markets.

Born in Massachusetts, Ken is a graduate of Norwich University, the Military College of Vermont, where he was a member of the corps of cadets and graduated with a degree in mechanical engineering.

From 1985 to 1996 he served in the United States Air Force working on major weapon system programs.

After the Air Force Ken worked for a number of aerospace and defense companies in increasingly responsible roles gaining significant experience in aerospace, space, C4ISR and missile systems.

He is married to Deborah (Debi) Keegan and they have five children, three boys and two girls; and 5 grandchildren.

Ken loves all things technical, and it gives him much joy to be working with some of best technical teams on the most fascinating projects in the world.

Ken says being Executive Vice President at Jonal Labs has been one of the most rewarding work experiences of his life.
