Graduated from the University of Tokyo Graduate School before serving as a JICA expert, contributing to regional planning in Brazil's national parks. He later held positions at the Ministry of Foreign Affairs and the Cabinet Office's Space Development Strategy Office, focusing on utilizing space technology to support SDGs in Asia, South America, the Middle East, and Africa. In 2018, he founded Space Edge Lab (now Ark Edge Space), achieving success in international cooperation in forestry, marine, and natural resource management. Currently, he spearheads satellite constellation projects utilizing 6U satellites, and is involved in lunar infrastructure and deep space exploration initiatives.
