Completed MS Aeronautical Engineering of Nagoya University in 1988. In the same year, joined Mitsubishi Heavy Industries, Ltd.  Mainly engaged in international joint development of structural components including composite wings and metal wings for commercial airplanes. In 2014, led projects and R&D related to commercial airplane as a general manager of engineering department in Commercial Aviation Segment. In 2020, oversaw technology in Commercial Aviation Segment as a chief engineer. Since April 2023, after reaching the retirement age, in the position of technical supervisor and ME (managing expert), in charge of composite technology in Commercial Aviation Segment and aviation sustainability in Growth Strategy Office.
