Adam Hollis is Senior Supply Chain Manager at Rolls-Royce Japan with responsible for the Aerospace supply chain across Japan, Taiwan and India.  Starting his career in Rolls-Royce’s UK headquarters in the Manufacturing Engineering function and completing assignments globally, he transferred to Japan in 2009 to lead Manufacturing Engineering in North East Asia and to industrialize the supply chain for the latest engines for wide body and business jet aircraft.  Adam holds a first class MEng in Manufacturing Engineering and Management from the University of Nottingham (UK) and is a 2007 Daiwa Scholar.
